1. Returns (Change of Mind)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 14 days

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after approval

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Earrings (if worn or opened)

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Customised or personalised products (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
